Established in France since the 1990s, his objective was to market this authentic product of Brazilian gastronomy and to rediscover one of the delights of his native region. This traditional GLUTEN-FREE recipe was born in the 17th century, made from cassava, the basis of the diet of South American Indians and enriched by cheese imported by Europeans. Having become a food highly appreciated by Brazilians and easily integrated throughout the world, Pao de Queijo is served at any time, for breakfast, as an aperitif or as a snack.
